Your data, in plain words
We keep this simple. We only use your details to answer your questions and handle your stay and training with us. We don't sell your data, and this website uses no tracking cookies, no ads and no analytics.

What we collect, and why
When you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email, we see your name, phone number or username, and what you write to us, such as your travel dates. We use this to answer you and to book your stay or training.
When you stay or train with us, we write down your name, your dates, what you booked and whether you have paid.
When you visit this website, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic technical details (such as your browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We don't use this to identify you.
If you don't give us your details, we can't take your booking. That's the only consequence.
Services we use
These companies process data for us. Some of them store data outside Thailand.
- WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta) – for messages and bookings
- Outlook / Hotmail (Microsoft) – for email
- Cloudflare – hosts this website
When you click a link to Google Maps, WhatsApp or Instagram, you leave our site and that service's own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for 1 year after your stay, or longer if the law requires us to keep them for our records. After that, we delete or destroy them.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask us to:
- show you what data we have about you, and give you a copy
- correct data that is wrong
- delete your data, or stop using it
- object to how we use it
- withdraw your consent at any time
Just send us a message. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can also file a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) in Thailand.
Training at your own risk
Muay Thai is a contact sport. You train at your own risk. We recommend travel insurance that covers martial arts.
